It's so easy to finish it in one hour! I made the most amazing mochi. The fries have a blend of milk flavor and sesame aroma. They are without filling, with a soft crust and a chewy interior. Just one bite is filled with a sticky and chewy texture, with just the right amount of sweetness. They don't stick to your teeth. Simple yet incredibly delicious. It's simply amazing!

       Ingredients:

200g mixed flour for mochi, 20g butter, 20g black sesame seeds, 60g pure milk, 2g salt, 1 egg

 

Steps:

1. Mix the milk, eggs, butter in a small bowl continuously. Place a basin of warm water below to melt them separately. Mix the baking powder and salt together.

2. Pour the milk into the pre-mixed powder and stir until it forms a paste.

3. Put on disposable gloves and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and free of dry powder. Then add black sesame seeds and continue kneading.

4. When the black sesame seeds are fully incorporated into the dough and the surface is smooth, take a small piece of dough and roll it into a ball. Put a total of 10 balls into the air fryer.

5. Set the air fryer to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake on the front side for 10 minutes, then flip the dough over.

6. After flipping and baking, the dough is ready to be taken out.
