Milk Oat Pudding

Milk Oat Pudding is low-calorie, healthy, and has a creamy texture - it’s the top choice for people on a diet and office workers as a dessert. No complex kitchen utensils or professional skills are needed; you can easily recreate this delicacy at home~


Material Preparation:oats 50g, milk 420g, sugar substitute 20g, cornstarch 10g,2  egg yolks, almond slices as needed


Steps:


1.Pour oats, milk, sugar substitute, cornstarch, and 2 egg yolks into a pot, stir well, then heat over medium-low heat until thickened.

2.Pour the cooked mixture into muffin cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3.After refrigeration, brush a layer of egg yolks liquid on the surface, sprinkle an appropriate amount of sliced almonds for decoration, then bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes and it’s done.
