Ingredients:

100g corn flour, 200g whole wheat flour, 25g dried red dates, 10g black sesame seeds, 25g skimmed milk powder, 100g boiling water, 65g milk, 5g yeast

 

Steps:

1. Mix 100g boiling water with 100g corn flour and stir evenly to make the dough. Let it cool down, then add one egg, 65g milk, 25g skimmed milk powder, and 5g yeast. Stir evenly.

2. Pour 200g whole wheat flour into the corn dough mixture, stir evenly, knead by hand to form a dough, seal it in the refrigerator and let it ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes until it has a rich honeycomb structure.

3. Add 25g dried red dates and 10g black sesame seeds to the dough, knead evenly, then divide it into 6 equal-sized pieces. Roll each piece into a round cake about 2-3cm thick, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

4. Place the pan without oil, put the cake pieces in, turn on the lowest heat to fry until both sides are golden brown. Press the cake quickly and it can be taken out.
